Welcome to Jai Francis. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Jai Francis website and the purchase of our luxury intimate apparel. By accessing this website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Nature of the Product & Hygiene Standards

Due to the intimate nature of luxury underwear and strict sanitary regulations, all sales are final. Jai Francis maintains rigorous hygiene standards to ensure the safety and health of all our clients. Once a product has left our distribution center, it is considered "out of chain of custody" regarding hygiene.

2. No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for a refund. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued to the original form of payment once an order has been processed and shipped.  Refer to the Return Policy.

3. Limited Store Credit & Exchanges

Store Credit & Exchanges Only

While all sales are final, we want you to find your perfect fit. We offer store credit or exchanges for items that meet the following strict criteria:

  • Hygienic Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition. Underwear must be tried on over your own clean undergarments.
  • Original Packaging: All designer tags, branded boxes, and hygiene seals must be intact and attached.
  • Disqualifying Factors: Any item showing signs of skin contact, scents (cologne or detergent), hair, or wear will be rejected. Such items will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • 30-Day Window: Requests for store credit or size exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

5. Shipping & Processing Fees

Jai Francis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend selecting a "Signature Required" shipping method for high-value orders.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including imagery, logos, product designs, and text, is the exclusive property of Jai Francis. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jai Francis shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Jai Francis has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jai Francis is registered.
