At Jai Francis, every piece is made with intention.

We keep our inventory small by design — because quality, not quantity, is at the heart of everything we create. Here's what to expect when you place an order:

Ready-to-Ship Items

For pieces currently in stock, orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Made-to-Order Items

Because we prioritize craftsmanship over mass production, most of our pieces are made in small batches. For made-to-order items, please allow 4–8 weeks for your piece to be carefully crafted and shipped. You'll receive updates throughout the process so you always know where your order stands.

We believe the best things take time. Each Jai Francis piece is thoughtfully constructed to be worn, felt, and remembered — not rushed. We appreciate your patience and trust in us to deliver something worth waiting for.
