For best fit, measure directly against the body using a soft measuring tape.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, keeping the tape comfortably snug.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, standing naturally.
If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
