Hygiene & Final Sale Policy

In accordance with health and hygiene standards, all intimate apparel purchased from Jai Francis is considered a final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or worn items. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers and is consistent with industry standards for intimate apparel.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.
